Project: Avaya IP Office to Cloud Voice
Complete Server Solution
This project involved our new service offering of a hosted telephony system. The client was looking to move premises and needed to act quickly and therefore we couldn’t rely on BT/Openreach to move their existing lines as this would of delayed the whole project.
We offered the client our Cloud Voice solution, this replaced their existing Avaya IP Office hardware that was now becoming outdated and unsupported. Internet was already available at their new premises so our Cloud Voice solution was ideal, we only required new handsets and the client was up and running on the day of moving offices. Additional services such as users being connected to the office via a smart phone application was also introduced.
